Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 17, 2026
MDX Tech Solutions (“MDX,” “we,” “us”) provides remote and digital technology services. This policy explains how we handle personal information connected with our website, inquiries, consultations, and client relationships.
1. Information we collect
You may provide your name, email address, phone number, business or organization name, website address, selected services, technology problems, software or platforms, timeline, estimated budget, and other notes. We also receive information you send in email, calls, meetings, and authorized service requests.
When you submit a consultation intake, we retain the intake reference, agreement version, a copy of the agreement, and acceptance timestamps. Our website and hosting provider may generate technical records such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security logs.
Google Calendar handles appointment scheduling and confirmations. Stripe handles payment details. We may receive appointment and transaction information, including contact details, payment status, amount, and receipt or transaction identifiers. Our intake form does not request or store full payment card numbers or card security codes.
Please do not submit passwords, authentication codes, financial account credentials, government identification numbers, or sensitive personal information through the intake form or ordinary email. If access is needed for a later project, we will arrange an appropriate access method separately.
2. How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, evaluate service needs, prepare for consultations, schedule and provide authorized services, communicate with clients, administer payments and records, document agreement acceptance, resolve issues, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Submitting an intake does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list.
3. Service providers and other disclosures
We use HostGator for website hosting, Google services for scheduling, meetings and business communications, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers receive or process information relevant to their functions. Authorized MDX personnel and any service providers engaged for your work may access information needed to perform their duties.
We may disclose information when you direct us to do so, when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, or to protect rights, security, and prevent fraud. If the business is transferred, relevant records may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to applicable privacy obligations.
Third-party services have their own privacy practices. Review Google’s Privacy Policy and Stripe’s Privacy Policy when using their services. An MDX privacy request does not automatically delete information held independently by another provider.
4. Cookies and external links
The consultation flow uses an essential session cookie to maintain your session, help prevent unauthorized submissions, and connect your saved intake to the scheduling handoff. Blocking cookies may prevent that flow from working.
The MDX website does not currently include advertising pixels or marketing analytics scripts in its public pages. Social icons are ordinary links, not embedded social feeds. Following a social, scheduling, or payment link takes you to another service, which may use its own cookies and collect information under its own policies. Hosting security tools may also process technical information to protect the site.
5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including service delivery, client communications, accounting, agreement records, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record, our relationship with you, and applicable requirements; backup copies may remain until they are overwritten or removed.
Consultation intake records are stored in a private server location rather than a publicly accessible website folder. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices and requests
You may choose not to provide optional information. Information marked required is needed to process an online consultation intake. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to ask about our use of it. Depending on your location and the laws that apply, additional privacy rights may be available.
We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request. We may retain information where needed for legal, accounting, security, or legitimate dispute-resolution purposes. We will respond as required by applicable law. Contact support@mdxtechsolutions.com with the subject “Privacy request.”
7. Children and international visitors
Our services are intended for adults and businesses, and our website is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
MDX operates in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, whose privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
8. Policy updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or requirements. The effective date identifies the current version. Where legally required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
